We are unapologetic in who we are and lead a mission aiming to create access to creativity for historically excluded communities. We seek to amplify their untold stories by fostering creativity, empowering storytellers, and disrupting the access to the industry.

Julian C. Hamer
Executive Producer, Director, Cinematographer, Co-Founder, and Sole Owner of Fearless Video Productions LLC
Fearless Video was born out of a historic moment and a powerful partnership. Founded by Julian C. Hamer and Yessica Hernandez-Cruz, the company emerged from their groundbreaking work as colleagues—and ultimately friends— as Julian and Yessica met collaborating on the women of color video teams for Vice President Kamala Harris during the her 2019–2020 presidential campaign and the Biden Harris campaign the running mate video team in the general election that Julian led. Together, they directed and Julian was lead cinematographer for “Kamala Harris is US”, her 2020 DNC and campaign introduction garnering over 20 million views during its television broadcast and on social media.
Rooted in purpose and vision to use storytelling as a catalyst for change , Fearless Video officially launched in 2021 five days after the inauguration of the administration they worked to help elect as a creative production house and consultant agency dedicated to elevating untold stories with clarity, care, and cultural precision.
From 2021 to 2024, Julian and Yessica co-led the company through award-winning campaigns, branded digital shorts, commercials, and impact-driven documentary films, building a bold body of work that continues to amplify the voices and visions of communities too often left out of frame. What began as a political storytelling partnership rooted in trust, creativity, and cultural integrity became the foundation for a production company committed to centering, sharing the stories of, along with hiring and inspiring marginalized voices with precision, care, and compassion.
After careful consideration in 2024 a week before the election swap heard around the world, Julian and Yessica decided to end their partnership and leaving Julian under sole leadership and continuing the mission and vision of Fearless Video.
